Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be:
Unused and in original condition
In original packaging with tags intact
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To process returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect products, you must provide a clear unboxing video:
The video must start before the package is opened.
It should clearly show the shipping label and unpacking process.
No return/refund will be accepted without this video proof.
This helps us verify claims and ensure a fair process for all customers.
Refunds
Once the return is received and verified, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Return shipping cost to be paid by customer.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for:
Defective or damaged items (with video proof)
Return Rejection
Your return may be rejected if:
No unboxing video is provided for a defective/incorrect item
The product is used or damaged by the customer
Request is made after 7 days
