Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be:

    • Unused and in original condition

    • In original packaging with tags intact

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To process returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect products, you must provide a clear unboxing video:

  • The video must start before the package is opened.

  • It should clearly show the shipping label and unpacking process.

  • No return/refund will be accepted without this video proof.

This helps us verify claims and ensure a fair process for all customers.

Refunds

  • Once the return is received and verified, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Return shipping cost to be paid by customer.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for:

  • Defective or damaged items (with video proof)

Return Rejection

Your return may be rejected if:

  • No unboxing video is provided for a defective/incorrect item

  • The product is used or damaged by the customer

  • Request is made after 7 days
